Shipping Information

At OneRelief, we do everything we can to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read the information below carefully to understand our shipping, payment, and cancellation procedures.


Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.
    (Orders placed during the week are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may require a little more time.)

  • Delivery Time After Dispatch: an average of 7 to 14 business days.
    (These delivery times may vary slightly depending on local postal services.)


Cancellations

Our orders are processed automatically and enter the shipping queue immediately after payment has been confirmed.

  • Even if tracking is not yet available, your parcel is already moving through our logistics chain.

  • Once payment has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.

If you still wish to return the product, please wait for delivery and then follow the return procedure if needed.


Placing an Order

  • Select the item you want and click “Add to Cart.”

  • Verify the chosen variant (size, color, etc.).

  • Proceed to checkout and enter accurate shipping details.

  • Choose your preferred payment method.

  • All payments are protected by SSL encryption.

  • Complete your purchase by clicking “Complete Order” and following the instructions from your payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is 100% free, with no minimum purchase required.


Shipping Notes

To keep prices fair and reduce our environmental impact, we group orders into batches once we reach our minimum shipment quantity. This may cause a slight delay before your package leaves our warehouse in France.

We are currently processing a high volume of orders, but rest assured that every parcel is prepared carefully and shipped as quickly as possible.
